Where now is the prejudice of narcotics in Brazil?

The best is to think what was the social class, synonym of bias in the country in the addicts 70.
And then make a simple comparison where one can take the data of IBGE. They have numbers about social classes or occupational categories. If there is a little uncertainty in the values, you can take data from the UN, they make reports with numbers about social classes worldwide.
After you review the statement in the first paragraph and make a comparison.
This is a simple study.
And then compare with that denounces made by US Army Gen. Martin e. Dempsey:
“… Brazil is second only to the United States in cocaine consumption, officials said. ..”
That is in the world of 7 billion people, roughly expressing why should be a bit more, Brazil is the second largest consumer of cocaine.
Here comes the problem solved, it was what I talked with students in Residential Collection, CRUSP da Universidade de São Paulo, on the prejudice that has the students that morm in CRUSP. All people see the CRUSP as a place that only has addicted.
That is the Expression or Denounces reflects a bias, or as I would say a former Commander, an Admiral in the Navy of Brazil:
“Beware of generalities!” or generalizations.
In other words, that the title of the second largest consumer of narcotrafico is not due to population universitaria as always preconceituaram in the 70 and 80.
This denounces is part of a trilogy of stories important to national security. Why are 3 texts of visit of Mr. Martin e. Dempsey in Latin America more or less 2 months.
Read the 3 posts and try to understand why the visit is significant.
Being that the Denounces is the last paragraph of the text below.

Comply with this paragraph in the text of the link above, and see the calls on campus Sao Paulo in 2010, I warned about Brazil and Latin America.
“… There was a gravitas about them, and they have a grasp of what they are facing Dempsey said. “There was a real appreciation of the task at had. The Colombians are winning. The FARC has had a few successes, but so have the military. …”

For those who want to read about Mr. Martin e. Dempsey below follows the link on it. I recommend, modern times force us to seek our IDs. I already did it, and all of a sudden happens to discover that we are rational and emotional identity with some people in the world. It is so important in the world as your post, and it reflects the collective emotional world, Yes, have some logo can be employees, or students or professors, or researchers, at the University, who have this identity seen its size and importance in the situation in Latin America that can have identity with this personality.
But a warning, sometimes it would be better to know also that has you in Brazil, not because they are afraid of Brazilians or Brazil. But yes, because identifying the could help walk, or even interact with their people. In my view, I think that’s healthy. However I am not a psychologist. Some might consider this wrong. Laughter.
Say I’m crazy because I identifited when I was 11 years with the Duke of Caxias, is asking for me to pick up my passport as soon as possible.
Laughter!
He had the last name Silva. For a child that’s all. He is the Patron and Marshal of the Brazilian Army. I was a child my most boring class.
Laughter!
But it can happen. Sorry Professor. I have to laugh …
